Peak Fitness ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed and operated by No Pressure Just Results LLC. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

Peak Fitness is designed with privacy in mind. We collect as little data as possible.

• Health & Fitness Data: Workout logs, body weight entries, cycle tracking data, and recovery check-ins are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
• Apple HealthKit: If you choose to enable HealthKit integration, the app reads and writes workout and body weight data to Apple Health. This data is governed by Apple's privacy policies and is never accessed by us.
• Purchase Information: Subscription and in-app purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Data Storage

All your fitness data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers or cloud databases. Your data stays on your iPhone.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to any third parties. Period.

Analytics & Tracking

Peak Fitness does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your behavior, collect device identifiers, or build user profiles.

Apple HealthKit

If you grant HealthKit permissions, Peak Fitness may read and write the following data types:

• Workout data (exercises, duration, calories)
• Body weight measurements

HealthKit data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties. HealthKit data is not stored outside of Apple's Health database and your local app data.

Cycle Tracking

Menstrual cycle data you enter is stored exclusively on your device. It is used only within the app to provide cycle-phase-aware training suggestions. This data is never transmitted externally.

Children's Privacy

Peak Fitness is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from the app's Settings page under "Danger Zone" → "Delete All Data." Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
